The Post, 105 West Emma St, Lafayette, CO

Free Live Music on the patio at The Post with Chuck Sitero of High Lonesome, named "Twelve of the Top Colorado Bluegrass Bands” by Denver Westword 2024 & 2025.

Since moving to Colorado in 2020 Chuck Sitero has continued to writing songs that carry on that High Lonesome sound of his Appalachian roots. On High Lonesome's debut album Chuck carries four songwriting credits. “We Hit The Road” a co-write with Michael David Smith that he began writing right before hitting the road to Colorado. “All That's Left” tells the similar story of not seeing eye to eye with all you meet. “Savage Sundown” which came about after he read a book he found at Pearl Street Book Store about Chief Left Hand and the horrific Sand Creek Massacre. And a more recent song about losing love in the mountains, “You'll Never Know.” The new album is available on all streaming platforms.

Outside of playing with High Lonesome Chuck loves performing solo shows. He typically performs songs you won't normally hear him play with High Lonesome and keeps you on your toes with fun song stories and humor.
